Driver

POSITION SUMMARY

The driver will load and unload vehicles/trucks and deliver equipment in full or partial loads while working with dispatcher/delivery coordinator and delivery assistant. Driver may also assemble and disassemble the equipment at the customer sites. Drivers exhibit friendly and courteous customer service in a professional manner. May be required to assist customers with reservations, contracts, questions, register transactions and order adjustments if necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as an excellent company representative
  • Load and unload equipment
  • Assemble and disassemble equipment
  • Maintain accurate delivery and return records
  • Verify that delivered items are correct in accordance with customer contract
  • Communicate any issues regarding delivery times/equipment/etc to supervisor
  • Inform customers about proper equipment operation
  • Comply with government safety requirements and other regulations and security.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

While driving company vehicle:

  • Maintain and carry valid driver’s license at ALL times
  • Ensure vehicle interior remains clean
  • Notify supervisor of any scrapes, dents or accidents
  • Notify supervisor of any mechanical difficulties

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license (CurrentFor-Hire Endorsement/Chauffeur’s License REQUIRED ) and acceptable driving record
  • Lift approximately 70 lbs unassisted and have full range of motion and dexterity
  • Pass bi-annual DOT physical
  • Flexible work schedule, available to work overtime during peak season including Friday/Saturday/Sunday (May-October). Average number of hours can range from 44-70 hours per week during peak season.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience desired
  • Previous industry experience highly desired (Military/Veterans, Fire Department, Construction, Scaffolding Building, Rental Industries)
  • Bilingual desired

Warehouse Associate

POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate will load and unload vehicles/trucks and deliver equipment in full or partial loads. The Warehouse Associate will also assemble and disassemble the equipment at the customer sites or stage equipment in the warehouse for pick up. The Warehouse Associate exhibits friendly and courteous customer service in a professional manner.

  • Assemble and disassemble equipment
  • Verify that items are correct in accordance with customer contract
  • Communicate any issues to supervisor

Bilingual Linen Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

To supervise and assist with the work of the linen department staff. Responsible for the day to day operations of the linen department and the staff.  There is a high degree of lifting and a significant degree of standing, walking, bending and transporting objects of various weights and dimensions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for adequate staff scheduling within the linen department
  • Monitor and adjust (if necessary) production and speed
  • Responsible for inventory levels and order fulfillment (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Ensure that equipment is in safe, working order
  • Responsible for correct supply inventory
  • Responsible for delivery and in-store returns inspection process
  • Train new hires on department processes and procedures
  • Assist in end of year inventory
  • Monitor cleanliness
  • Ensure quality meets company standards at all times
  • Create efficient systems and processes of workflow and procedures
  • Communicate department recommendations for improvement to upper management
  • Ensure that all safety regulations and policies are followed
  • Review daily check-in and out log (create better manual)
  • Review damaged and missing equipment report
  • Coordinate and/or perform preventative maintenance
  • Other responsibilities are assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED required
  • Bilingual (written and spoken)
  • 2-5 years experience with a linen preparation system
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs. unassisted and possess full range of motion and dexterity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous computer/technology experience
  • Management experience desired

Controller

POSITION SUMMARY

The Controller will handle high-level accounting, managerial accounting, and oversee financial activities of the company. As the leader of the accounting department, the Controller will manage and supervise all aspects of accounting including but not limited to payroll, financial reporting, and tax compliance and will assist with development of internal control policies, procedures, and financial planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all aspects of the accounting function; billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, inventory accounting, cost accounting, revenue recognition, and various special analyses.
  • Oversee all payments of all accounts including debts, bank loans, and other large quantities of money
  • Invoice accounts and collect/post payments
  • Manage, validate, and review payroll processing; including preparing payroll reports
  • Monitor cash and funding balances
  • Prepare and organize quarterly/annual financial reports/statements for record and review
  • Prepare management reports as needed (Inventory, Sales, Cash Balances)
  • Manage the quarterly/annual budgets and forecasts
  • Assist with benefit and 401K compliances, administration, design, reporting, and roll out
  • Review, make suggestions, and analyze KPI’s
  • Manage and analyze credit card processing systems, best practices and vendor relationship/management
  • Host weekly financial meetings to present relevant results, trends, issues and update executive team on current projects
  • Advise on financial analyses and decision-making regarding capital investments, pricing, contract negotiations, significant costs, benchmarks, and other matters with management and chief financial officer
  • Organize information and statements for audits (internal and external)
  • Maintain organized filing system of all accounts, statements, transactions, payments, and debts
  • Maintain documented system of accounting policies and operations
  • Define, benchmark, and implement operational best practices
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, tax filings, and reporting
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration with an emphasis in Accounting, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of professional accounting experience
  • Current CPA REQUIRED
  • Previous management experience required
  • Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations
  • Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks) and experience with a software system implementation
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations
