Our Delivery Service Representatives are experienced professionals familiar with all our products and are available to handle your order, large or small! The Delivery Service usually includes, three men in a truck, neatly stacking your items in one location and picking up those items so you can focus on your party.

In calculating charges for delivery & pick-up, we consider several factors, including:

  • The zip code of the destination
  • Order size; larger orders may require additional staff for handling the delivery
  • Requests for delivery inside a building and/or set up of items
  • Delivery or pick-up after business hours, on Sunday or for a specific time or window of time

This calculator can help you estimate the cost for Delivery and/or Pick up of your order. Before finalizing your order, consult a member of our team. Estimated pricing does not include set up or tear down, special timed deliveries, or deliveries beyond the first floor/dock level. Deliveries and pick-ups can be expected between 9 AM and 7 PM during our peak season (April – October). Please call our office if you have not received your delivery by 3:30 PM and we can give you an estimated time frame.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges are unique with each situation. If you are within Indianapolis and surrounding counties, our delivery charge is $200 round trip (subject to change at any time). Additional fees will apply for extended travel outside of Indianapolis or surrounding areas. If you require a delivery or pick-up within a specific time frame, an additional “timed delivery” fee will apply. After-hours delivery and Sunday delivery or pickup is an additional charge (minimum $750).

Where will you leave the equipment?

We will deliver all equipment stacked neatly in one location and pick up all of our equipment from one location on the property. Please make us aware prior to the delivery of where the items can be placed. An example would be, placing the items on a dock for a business. If we were to encounter any stairs, extended carrying (more than 30′ past the tailgate of the truck) or difficult driving terrain there will be additional charges incurred.

Will you set up the equipment?

Set up of tents, dance floors and pipe and drape are automatically included in pricing. With prior notice, our drivers can set up tables and chairs for an additional fee.

When can I expect my Delivery?

Our showroom hours of operation are 9 AM to 5 PM M-F, Closed Saturday and Sunday. Delivery and pick-up windows can be expected outside of our showroom hours during peak months (May-October). If you have not received your equipment by 3:30 PM, please feel free to call our office to receive an estimated time frame.
