What are your showroom hours?
Our showroom hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Saturdays from 8:00am to 12:00pm. Closed on Sundays.
Do I need an appointment to come by the showroom?
Appointments are not required during our normal business hours. Nevertheless, you are more than welcome to make an appointment if you prefer.
May I make an appointment to come on a Saturday?
Appointments are not required during normal business hours.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges are unique with each situation. Typically, if you are within Indianapolis our delivery charge is $60 (subject to change). Additional fees may apply for extended travel outside of Indianapolis. If you require a delivery within a very specific timeframe, an additional "timed delivery" fee will apply. After hours delivery and Sunday delivery or pickup is an additional charge.
Where will you leave the equipment?
We will deliver and pick up all of our equipment from one location on the property. Please make us aware prior to the delivery of where the items can be placed. An example would be, placing the items on a dock for a business. If we were to encounter any stairs, extended carrying, difficult driving terrain there will be additional charges incurred.
Will you set up the equipment?
Set up of tents and dance floors are automatically included in pricing. With prior notice, our drivers can set up tables and chairs for an additional fee.
What if I need to reach you in an emergency after hours?
We have an after hours emergency line 317-874-3464. If an error has been made by A Classic Party Rental, we will make your order correct at no additional charge. If you need emergency help or have forgotten an item, additional fees will apply.
May I buy any of your linens or equipment?
No. We only rent our equipment.
May I request custom sized linen?
You can request a custom sized linen however, additional fees will apply.
How far in advance should I place my order?
You are strongly encouraged to gives as much as notice as possible especially if this is a large event, wedding reception or a tent. Nevertheless, we will always do our best to accommodate last minute orders as well, subject to availability.
May I adjust my order once it's been placed?
Yes. You can always make adjustments on your order until the day before your delivery is being deliver. However, payment is due one week prior to being delivered.
Do my items need to be returned clean?
Yes, your items it must be rinsed free of food or beverage before being returned. We will wash all items once they are returned. We also ask for you to send back the containers the items were provided with at delivery.
What happens if items are missing after the event?
If items are missing from your order we will bill you missing for those items unless they are returned within a reasonable time period. The amount depends on the quantity and type of items that have been missing. If an item is damaged or broken please return it back to A Classic to show because there is a damage waiver included on the order that will cover those items without charge.
May I obtain a quote without making a formal reservation?
A copy of our pricing book is available for download, and contains all our pricing information. If you would like, we can put together a quote for your order, but please understand that no equipment is reserved until a formal reservation has been made and a credit card and deposit have been received.
When do I need to pay?
If you are having items delivered to a location payment must be made one week prior to the delivery going out unless you have made arrangements with us beforehand. If you are coming in and picking up your items you must pay when picking up. There are no exceptions!
