We have two favorite menu selections this month. First, we all love comfort food, so why not incorporate it into any menu? Serve tomato bisque shooters in large shot glasses or coffee mugs with a grilled cheese wedge on the side….. it’s delicious and served so creatively your guests will leave talking about it.
Second, for appetizers or tastings, try serving miniature pasta bites on large spoons. Add a little garnish and seasoning, and it is sure to be a hit!

A customer ordered martini glasses today to serve mashed potatoes in…. love it! What appetizers or menu selections have you tried that created a great response with your guests?

I went to a wedding reception and instead of having a standard buffet; they had martini stations around the room with different fillings. One was a martini filled with cheese grits and beef tenderloin, another was a guacamole martini with shrimp on a skewer. They all were wonderful and fun to eat.
