We have two favorite menu selections this month. First, we all love comfort food, so why not incorporate it into any menu? Serve tomato bisque shooters in large shot glasses or coffee mugs with a grilled cheese wedge on the side….. it’s delicious and served so creatively your guests will leave talking about it.

Do It Yourself
Do It Yourself Weddings are becoming more and more popular, which adds a unique touch to any wedding. The lagging economy has inspired brides to find their creative side, sparking inspiration to- do it themselves.
Setting the Mood designed our showroom, creating “themed event” tablescapes. Jamee, from Setting the Mood, designed each table so creatively and with so much detail!! We loved working with Jamee. Mills Catering prepared quite an elegant menu for the open house. Our favorite dish was the shrimp wrapped in bacon. We also featured Roger Muller Videography, Evans Audio Visual, Galleria Studios, and Electric Avenue Mobile DJ. Thank you to all the vendors who helped. Everyone was great to work with!
